Restaurant Manager

for season 2025 for Cora Hotel & Spa

Key tasks and responsibilities:

-Leads day-to-day restaurant operation
-Improves restaurant's financial performance and guest satisfaction indicators
-Participates in food tasting and implementation of menus and wine lists
-Recruits and assists in the training of employees
-Evaluates employee performance
-Delivers excellent levels of customer service; responds to all guest requests and complaints.
-Conducts accurate inventories monthly
-Oversees storage and weekly orders
-Ensures that health and safety standards are being met and that all employees work in a safe environment

Requirements:

-Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management
-Previous working experience in a similar position, in a 5-star resort.
-Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language. A second language will be considered an asset.
-Positive attitude, hospitality oriented, passion for excellence
-Self-motivation, excitement and exceptional communication and team-building skills
-Experience in monitoring financial performance will be considered a plus
-Outstanding communication abilities, strong leadership, stress management and financial skills (budgeting, forecasting)
-Pleasant personality, passionate about the job and focused on providing high-quality results.
