currently seeking to recruit a professional for the position of

Guest Relations Agent & Sales Coordinator

in Nikki Beach Resort and Spa, Porto Heli

Duties and responsibilities

-Ensuring that all guestsare well taken care of, as well as “valued and welcomed” according to the hotel standards
-Assists Sales Director in managing and maximizing revenues from existing and potential groups and events-related channels, as per hotel’s strategy
-Assists in conducting and coordinating the inspection visits at the hotel
-Collaborates with other hotel departments, such as front office and F&B, to ensure a consistent and high-quality guest experience
-Create Banquet Event Orders that include information for each groups’ meeting and food and beverage functions
-Assists in various special projects related to sales and events as assigned by the Sales Manager

Requirements

-Degree in Hospitality/Tourism
-Computer literate –MS Office
-Knowledge of Protel PMS
-Ability to converse in both Greek and English, additional languages will be considered an asset
-Customer oriented
-Strong team player and able to work under pressure
-Impeccable presentation
-Open Minded
-Outgoing Personality
-Attention to details
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
